Questions

How many sites does one licence cover?

One live site for the single licence, five for the agency licence. Local, staging and development copies are unlocked automatically and never use up a slot, and you can release a site yourself before moving to a new domain.

Is the sync instant?

No. It uses iCal feeds in both directions on a schedule you set - fast enough in practice to prevent double bookings, but measured in hours, not seconds. Real-time would need Booking.com's own Connectivity Partner certification.

Do I need WooCommerce?

No. WebBox Booking Expert is a standalone booking engine with its own payments layer. Nothing else has to be installed.

What happens if my licence lapses?

Only Booking.com sync switches off. Room types, the availability calendar, the booking form and every payment method keep working - your guests never see a difference.
