Refund Policy

Last updated 26 August 2026

14-day money-back guarantee. If a product doesn't work for you, email us within 14 days of your purchase and we will refund it in full. You do not need to give a reason.

How to request a refund

Email slavetanusev@gmail.com from the address you used to buy, or reply to your purchase receipt. Include your order number if you have it - it's on the receipt Paddle sent you.

We aim to reply within 2 business days. Once approved, the refund is issued by Paddle and typically reaches your card or PayPal account within 5-10 business days, depending on your bank.

Who processes the refund

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com, which is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle handles all payments and refunds, and you can also contact Paddle directly about an order at paddle.net.

Before you ask for a refund

Not a condition - just a suggestion that usually works out better for you. Most refund requests we would expect to see are something we can fix in an email: a licence key that won't activate, a payment gateway that needs different settings, a conflict with another plugin. If you tell us what went wrong first, there's a good chance you end up with working software instead of your money back. If not, the refund still stands.

What we cannot refund

What happens to your licence

When a refund is issued, the licence key attached to that purchase is deactivated, and the Pro features it unlocked stop working. Everything the free edition provides keeps working - your rooms, bookings, availability calendar and payment methods are unaffected, and no data is deleted.

Your statutory rights

If you are a consumer in the European Union, the United Kingdom, or another jurisdiction with mandatory consumer protection rules, this policy is in addition to the rights you already have, not a replacement for them.
