Terms of Service

Last updated 26 August 2026

These terms govern your use of the software products sold and distributed by WebBox (Slave Tanushev) ("WebBox", "we", "us"), registered in North Macedonia under registration number [[REGISTRATION NUMBER]], with a registered address at [[FULL ADDRESS]] ("the Products"), including the WordPress plugin WebBox Booking Expert.

By purchasing, downloading, installing or using a Product, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree with them, do not use the Products.

1. Who you are buying from

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service enquiries and handles returns.

This means that when you buy a Product, your purchase contract for that transaction is with Paddle.com Market Ltd. Paddle handles payment, invoicing, and sales tax or VAT where it applies. WebBox remains the author of the software and the party that grants you the licence described below, and we handle product support.

2. Licence

When you buy a Product we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to install and use it, subject to the tier you purchased:

Local, staging and development copies of a licensed site do not count towards your limit. You may activate and deactivate sites yourself from the plugin's settings screen, so moving a licence to a different domain is something you can do without contacting us.

Our plugins are released under the GNU General Public License v2 or later, as required for WordPress plugins. Your rights under the GPL are not limited by these terms. What your purchase pays for is the licence key, which entitles you to software updates and support for the period stated at purchase.

3. What you may not do

4. Updates and support

A valid licence entitles you to product updates and to email support at slavetanusev@gmail.com for 12 months from the date of purchase.

Support covers the Product working as described. It does not cover customising the Product for you, fixing problems caused by other plugins, themes or server configuration, or general WordPress administration.

If your licence lapses, the Product keeps working - you simply stop receiving updates and support until it is renewed.

5. Availability and third-party services

Some features depend on services we do not control. WebBox Booking Expert's Booking.com synchronisation relies on iCal feeds provided by Booking.com, and its payment options rely on Stripe, PayPal and CaSys. If one of those third parties changes or withdraws a service, the corresponding feature may stop working. We will make reasonable efforts to adapt the Product, but we cannot guarantee it.

WebBox Booking Expert processes bookings and payments on your website, using your payment accounts. We are not a party to the transactions between you and your guests, and we do not hold or process your guests' payments.

6. Your data and your guests' data

Bookings, guest details and settings created by our plugins are stored in your own WordPress database, on your own hosting. We have no access to them. You are the data controller for that information, and responsible for meeting your obligations to your guests under applicable data protection law.

What our software does send to us is described in our Privacy Notice: a licence key and a site domain, so that a licence can be validated.

7. Warranty disclaimer

The Products are provided "as is", without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that a Product will be error-free or uninterrupted, or that it will be compatible with every WordPress theme, plugin or hosting environment.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of or relating to a Product is limited to the amount you paid for it. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost bookings, lost revenue, lost data, or business interruption.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, and nothing here affects the statutory rights of consumers in their own country.

9. Refunds

Refunds are described in our Refund Policy and are processed by Paddle as Merchant of Record.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The version in force is the one published on this page, with its date at the top. Material changes will not be applied retroactively to a purchase already made.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of North Macedonia, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Mandatory consumer protection rules of your country of residence continue to apply.
